1-2 Bananas

1 Cup - Almond Milk

1/4 Cup - Hazelnuts

1/2 Cup - Oats

1 Scoop - Vegan Protein

1 Scoop - New Aura by Moonrize®

1 Teaspoon - Vanilla Extract

3 Teaspoon - Molasses

1 Teaspoon - Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon - All Spice

1/4 Teaspoon - Nutmeg

1/4 Teaspoon - Ground Clove


Mix together with water and ice into a blender, and blend until smooth.

1/2 Avocado

1 - Lime (juiced)

1 Cup - Blueberries

1 Teaspoon - Honey, Agave, or Maple Syrup
